Mass ECAN 2025 Conference

Mainstreaming Nature Based Solutions

May 1, 2025

Clark University

Join us in Worcester for our in-person conference!

Mass ECAN conferences are an opportunity to connect with a community of peers, learn and share about climate adaptation efforts throughout the state, and grow our capacity to accomplish this work together.

The conference will have ample networking time and sessions around our theme of Mainstreaming Nature Based Solutions, including:

  • misconceptions, challenges, and solutions,

  • equitable and innovative community engagement,

  • policy and permitting, and

  • examples from our Expert Work Groups and Ambassador Award recipients

Suggested donation: We want everyone in our community of practice to be able to attend our programming, so we prioritize offering free events. That said, if your organization is able to and regularly covers your registration to conferences, we kindly ask for a donation of $25 per attendee here. This directly supports venue, meals, and other conference costs. Mass ECAN is hosted by UMass Extension, so donations are processed through UMass Amherst. Thank you!
